Do you bring your own equipment & chemicals?

We bring all chemicals and equipment that we are all trained for to ensure the safest and most efficient way to complete the job at hand.

Will it be the same cleaner each time?

We do our best to send the same cleaner each time who is familiar with your home. We do however at times have staff leave, illnesses and other factors beyond our control. But in saying that we strive to ensure you have a regular cleaner who is familiar with your home and your cleaning needs.

How will you access our home if we are at work or out?

We can do it a few ways. You can give us a key to keep which is locked up after each clean and signed back in at our headquarters, you can leave a key hidden for us or you can have a lock box and give us the code.

Do we need to clean up before the cleaners come?

It is great if you could tidy up as much as possible as the more clutter free it is for us - the more value you will receive from our cleaning instead of us having to use the cleaning time to move items out of the way. Usually housekeeping items such as laundry, washing dishes and tidying up are not included unless specifically stated in your package and they may be classed as an extra.

What if we need to cancel?

We appreciate as much notice as possible to avoid a cancellation fee and so we can cancel our staff member who is scheduled to clean your home.We ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling your service. Any cancellation within 24 hrs of your clean time will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. This is to the discretion of management and whether or not we can organise another job for our employee to go to instead.

We don’t just hire anyone at Leopard. We have extremely high standards. We are all;

• Insured Public Liability up to $20 million

• Infection Control Trained

• Trained and compliant to our WHS plan

• Put through a strict vetting and training process.
