The original Leopard, Tarn, is a local "Bay" resident who completed her three year Bachelor of Business majoring in Hospitality Management at La Trobe University, Albury/Wodonga, with one year completed at the Beechworth International Hotel School.
Tarn has spent the last 20 years gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Hotel industry and management including Corporate Sales & Events Management, Weddings and Groups Management, Front office and Housekeeping Management and has first hand experience on how the cleaning standards of a venue or business impacts the overall success and reputation of a venue. This continued during her extensive travels internationally as well as across Australia including working in the remote mining town of Karratha in Western Australia, the Mantra Hotels in Darwin, Northern Territory and also central Queensland before returning to the Hyatt in Canberra.
Leopard Cleaning Services was started with a passion for entrepreneurship and the desire to provide the best, most reliable service to the local Batemans Bay area. The team has grown to 18 in the span of five years and we remain on an upward trajectory. The key to our success is our integrity and we follow a customised quality control checklist for each of our properties to ensure we meet specific needs and budgets.
It is our goal to be known and remembered as the thorough cleaning experts in the region. The Leopard Team is a growing team of amazing employees who strive to ensure our clients are happy – every time.
We don’t take shortcuts and are proud of our integrity where we do what we say we will do including showing up on time for appointments. We use a variety of commercial grade chemicals to ensure our cleaning and infection control procedures are to the highest standard.
